Our goal is to protect the rights of foreign workers, resolve labor disputes with employers, support settlement in Korea, and build a social safety net so that all foreign workers can live in Korea without discrimination and receive fair treatment.

Nationwide Counseling Centers Operation

The Korean Confederation of Trade Unions operates counseling centers across the country, supporting all foreign workers from any country without discrimination in joining and consultation. These centers provide various services including rights protection, labor dispute resolution, and settlement support in Korea.

Role of the Together Sharing Labor Union

The Together Sharing Labor Union plays a crucial role in these counseling centers, supporting foreign workers' membership and ensuring their voices are heard within Korean society.

Past activities and achievements include legal support, cultural exchange program operations, and adaptation education for Korean society. Currently, Korean language education programs and vocational training programs for foreign workers are underway. Future plans include expanding support initiatives.

Any foreign worker can join, and the joining process is straightforward. Members are offered various benefits including legal support, participation opportunities in educational programs, and cultural exchange activities.
